Title: Chocolate Browniesfobel

:1/4lb butter
:3oz unsweetened chocolate --
: finely chopped
:2egg
:1/2ts salt
:1c sugar
:3/4ts vanilla extract
:1/2c flour

1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Lightly grease 8" bowl and bake butter until it melts. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. 3. Beat eggs with the salt. Gradually beat in the sugar, then beat at high speed until is thick and pale, about 3 minutes. At medium speed, beat in the vanilla and then gradually add the chocolate mixture, beating until blended. On low, beat in the flour. 4. Pour into pan. Bake mid-oven for about 28 minutes, until barely set. Let cool on a rack, then cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, cut cold brownies into 20 small pieces or larger if desired.
